Food Trucks: Moontime Crepes LLC & DownTown Fingers

Plus the release of our new Mixed Culture Frose! Mixed Culture Frosé is a mixed-culture fermentation wine-beer hybrid ale brewed for the sole purpose of dispensing through a slushy machine! Starting with koelschip inoculation to gather some happy local microbes, we open fermented in oak puncheons with the addition of lactic acid bacteria (for pleasant acidity), multiple strains of brettanomyces (selected for fruit-forward flavor production reminiscent of sun-warmed strawberries), and a healthy dose of Grenache red wine grape juice.

Last but not least, we will also have live bluegrass from Burn It Blue on the patio!
