JOB DESCRIPTION

aT 4 NOSES, THE QUALITY OF OUR BEER AND ITS SERVICE IS ALWAYS TOP PRIORITY. BEERTENDERS ARE EXPECTED TO UPHOLD OUR TECHNICAL STANDARDS OF SERVICE, WHILE PROVIDING OUR GUESTS WITH A FUN AND FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE. NEW BEERTENDERS WILL UNDERGO TRAINING ON OUR DIFFERENT FAUCETS AND POUR STYLES, AS WELL AS A COURSE ON BEER SENSORY. oUR ENTIRE TEAM IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM SENSORY ANALYSIS ON OUR BEERS DAILY, PROVIDING US VALUABLE FEEDBACK ON THE SHELFLIFE OF OUR BEERS. IN ADDITION TO SERVING BEER, WE ALSO BUS, CLEAN, AND STOCK THE BAR AND TAPROOM.

4 Noses Brewing is a family-owned production brewery and taproom that opened in 2014. We believe in creating a welcoming and lively environment where beer can either accompany a visit with friends, or be the focus of the conversation. We love pushing boundaries and trying new things, all while keeping an airtight focus on quality. We also produce beers for Odd13 Brewing and Wild Provisions Brewing, which are under the same company umbrella.
