We are opening a new food truck at wild provisions beer project in boulder, colorado! corner pizza is a detroit-style food trailer that will service our boulder taproom 5-6 days week. We are looking for cooks who are passionate about putting out a great product and keeping a clean workspace. We are utilizing a simple menu and partnering with a restauranteur to prep dough, sauce, and cheese, as well as do the majority of our dishwashing. pizzas are cooked in Detroit-style pans in an electric convection oven, so no wood fires, no stretching dough, no flour, no fryers, and quick closes. Our trailer will rarely travel, looking to build a reputation as a consistent and dependable option for our guests.

JOB DESCRIPTION

wild provisions beer project is in a boulder office park that is lacking in good, reliable food options. to fix this, We are opening corner pizza, a detroit-style pizza truck. our dough is prepped by our partner-restraunt, who par-bakes and cheeses the dough, and provides us with the majority of our toppings. 3 days a week the opener needs to pickup dough and drop off dirty pans at the restaurant, and prep is extremely minimal. No more early mornings or late nights at the commissary. Our trailer is brand new and custom-built, with working heater and A/C, and access to plenty of dry-storage inside the brewery.

aS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE 4 NOSES FAMILY OF BREWERIES, corner pizza EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE ACCESS TO BENEFITS, INCLUDING pAID TIME OFF, SICK PAY, 401(K), FREE AND DISCOUNTED BEER, SHIFT MEALS, AND A GYM MEMBERSHIP. THERE IS OPPORTUNITY FOR UPWARD MOBILITY FOR THE RIGHT EMPLOYEE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • STOCK anD EMPTY WATER TANKS, with periodic tank/hose cleaning

  • PREPPING VEGGIES for toppings

  • CLEANING OF SURFACES AND EQUIPMENT

  • KEEPING INVENTORY OF FOOD AND DRY GOODS

  • PICKING UP DOUGH AND DROPPING OFF PANS from our partner restaurant periodically

  • HANDWASHING SMALL UTENSILS

  • FULFILLING ONLINE/TO-GO ORDERS

  • adhering TO STRICT FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS

PAY AND BENEFITS
