4 Noses Brewing Company is looking for a motivated Brewer to join our growing team! We are a family-owned production brewery in Denver, Colorado with a passion for producing creative and quality-driven beer. This position is full-time and paid hourly at a rate of $22-$27 per hour based on experience. Primary responsibility will be operating our 20 bbl brewhouse and cellar at our Broomfield location, and also performing all production/cellaring needs for Wild Provisions in Boulder.

Responsibilities:

  • 20 bbl Brewhouse operations

  • Cellar operations: CIP/SIP FV, BBT, Koelschip, Foeder, Puncheons

  • Raw material handling: milling, dry hopping, fruit/adjunct additions

  • Product handling: transfer, clarification

  • Yeast handling: harvest, pitching, counting

  • FV gravity, pH, temperature readings

  • Barrel and Puncheon Maintenance

  • Lab Assistance: Sterile sample collection

  • Production record keeping

  • Product sensory analysis

  • Inventory Management

  • Packaging: keg, bottle assist, canning assist

  • Cleaning, scrubbing, organization of facility

  • Forklift, scissor lift operation

Job requirements:

  • 2 years professional brewing experience is mandatory (Wild beer/Wood experience is a plus).

  • Formal brewing education a plus, but not required

  • Strong understanding of beer science, brewery technology and brewery operations

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Ability to frequently lift 60lb

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Must be 21+

Compensation and Benefits:
